Sheraton Kauai Resort - Public Area Renovation

Sheraton Kauai Resort is a low-rise, oceanfront hotel situated on two parcels – the Garden Wing and Ocean Wing – mauka and makai of Ho’onani Road in Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii. This renovation project will introduce a visual uplift that incorporates modern aesthetic yet historic architectural features iconic of the resort and its surrounding community. Interior and exterior renovation will occur at six public buildings on the Garden Wing parcel, and various site amenities including the Garden Wing pool and deck, courtyards with fire pits and BBQ stations between guestroom buildings, water features, site signage, parking areas, and necessary utility upgrades. The renewal of the resort aligns with Vistana’s overall masterplan and Sheraton’s Brand Standards. It should enhance guest experiences, promote unique and enjoyable vacations, and ultimately draw repeat hotel guests.
