Villages of Kapolei

Design Partners Incorporated played a prominent role in the development of the Villages of Kapolei, designing numerous projects throughout the multiple Villages. Projects range from affordable rentals and for-sale multi-family apartments to market single family homes totaling approximately 2,400 units overall. Recently, Design Partners Incorporated has been working with the Hawaii Housing Finance Development Corporation and private developers to deliver much needed affordable housing to Hawaii’s communities. These projects accommodate homebuyers and renters whose income levels are at 60% to 140 % of the median income levels.
