Design Partners Incorporated is worked on the Master Planning for Waiawa Ridge, a 500-acre parcel north of Pearl Harbor. Planned for the Waiawa community are 5,000 multi-family and single family homes targeted towards various income groups, recreation centers, schools, parks & walking trails, and a new Town Center to support the greater community.
